Crazy Costs of Health Benefits
…feel like screaming yet?
Healthcare costs are raging out of control. Anyone who has had to manage a health benefits, or has just been a patient, wants to SCREAM!!! Expenses are growing faster than inflation and are predicted to continue to rise at an alarming rate in the coming years. No wonder healthcare insurance is the single biggest expense for employers after salaries. Your employees feel the pain, too:
High deductibles & co-pays makes the cost of getting sick ridiculous and makes the insurance you are paying for absolutely useless.
Your employees do not go to the doctor and just show up to work ill and in pain. This costs you and them even more.
Employees value healthcare benefits above any other form of compensation. Insurance was once offered as an incentive, but now is a must to stay competitive. So as traditional premiums keep going up, your company’s survival is threatened.

Among the HR group, 67 percent said their organizations “are impacted by opioid use today or will be in the future,” and 65 percent reported that opioid addiction is having a financial impact on their company.
